The Truth: According to experts, one of the most effective ways to manage menopause is also one of the simplest: talk about it. But still, 70% of menopausal people never seek support, even though 84% say it interferes with their daily life. So why don't we just talk about it?

 

The Idea: Menopause is not simply a health issue. It's a censorship issue.  When society deems an issue inconvenient or inappropriate, censorship, whether societal or self, ensues. And when menopausal people stay silent about their experiences, they do so at the expense of their own well-being.
